| Xinxing Ductile Pipes To Purchase Iron Ore From CVRD |

China's Xinxing Ductile Pipes Co., Ltd. has signed an iron ore supply contract with Brazilian CVRD, it was disclosed. According to SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) the Company will purchase annually 900,000 tons of iron ore over a period of five years from 2007 to 2011. Ductile Pipes is a Hebei-based cast iron pipe manufacturer. In 2005 it produced 1,257,000 tons of crude steel and ranked 62nd in the country. |
