Japan's METI to Hold 2nd LNG Producer-Consumer Conference in Sept
=Deepening discussion made last year and enhancing stability and transparency on LNG trading
Agency for Natural Resources and Energy that belongs to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Japan announced on April 26th that it will hold the second LNG Producer-Consumer Conference on September 10th, 2013.

By deepening discussion further, which was made at the first conference that took place last September, the producers and consumers are expected to share common perception and aim to enhance stability and transparency on LNG trading.

The details are shown below. Applications for registration for common people to attend the conference are accepted through website (http://www.LNGconference.org), starting from July-August.

Venue: Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa, International Convention Center Pamir 3-13-1 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo
Conference style: Presentation and panel discussion
Major participants: LNG producers and consumers from home and abroad, representatives from producing and consuming countries, international organizations and financial institutions, etc.
Host: The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and Asia Pacific Energy Research Center (APERC)
